Extremely helpful and top-class staff in all circumstances!!
Possibly the best and very very good stay on a business trip. Very nice modern facilities in general, handy and ideal location close to mall. And very close to local shops including newsagent and pubs.

The location of the hotel was central, just off the train tracks, and the Shopping Centre, takeaways, cafes and clubs. We booked a newly remodelled and beautifully maintained room with comfortable bed.

Clean rooms
Unable to open a window / door to let fresh air in of a night. Had to leave Air conditioner on all night. No exhaust fan in bathroom/toilet.Flat lumpy pillows. I would only recommend staying here for short stay.

location: the hotel was short walk to a railway station and shops, cafes, property, rail and club. moreover had so much fun by the lake, set 800 feet of the venue. the room was both compact and neat with iron, a fan plus self catering facilities.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

We enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep after a concert, with clean rooms and comfy beds. While there was some noise from the train and road, the location was convenient, just a short walk to local amenities. I’d recommend this hotel.

It was very clean and comfortable and we were welcomed with a smile. We were able to book in two hours earlier as we had a wedding to attend.

The location of this place, so close to the train station and Brisbane for work, was really convenient. We enjoyed spending our evenings at a nearby venue, especially on those hot summer nights. ☀️.

The air con did not cool the room at all, very hot and uncomfortable sleep.

Breakfast was good. I appreciated the plunger coffee and that the toast came in a rack rather than a paper bag.
We missed the turn in the first time but the back street entrance was good.
